Gc 18 Transversal kisscutting machine

The KissCutting Cross Cutting Machine is designed to make precise cuts without damaging the bottom layer of material. This equipment is ideal for applications that require a controlled surface cut, such as labels, adhesives and protective films. This cutter can perform gap cutting (for island placement) with a wide range of acrylic adhesives (such as VHB), or foam products.

Cutting Capacity

The GC18 is capable of cutting the material into 2 mm strips applying a distance of 2 mm between the strips, and giving a distance between sheets of 2 mm up to 50 mm, using the liner change process. This technology allows for no waste of raw material.

Example of production to obtain stripes of 7 mm with a separation of 3 mm.

Traditional shape 1000 mm raw material: 1000mm / 10 mm (7 mm + 3mm) = 100 pcs.

GC 18: 1000 mm raw material = 1000mm / 7mm = 142 pcs.
